At Bristol Street Commercials we take this so seriously that all emails sent to customerservices@bristolstreet.co.uk actually only come to me so I can ensure we deal with your concern and I can follow up with the dealership concerned. We are not perfect but we do strive to deliver excellence and to treat customers fairly.

In event of a concern please do not hesitate to provide us with feedback using the facilities below or call our customer services on 0844 871 1620. Customer Services operate between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We will aim to respond to your feedback within 48 hours.

We are members of professional organisations who self-regulate our industry. In the event that you do not feel we have dealt with your issues appropriately and treated you fairly we would encourage you to contact one of these bodies. The RMIF (Retail Motor Industry Federation) provides a conciliation and arbitration service and can be contacted at www.rmif.co.uk. In addition, we are members of Motor Codes a self- regulatory body for the automotive sector and this provides free guidance to consumers through their website at www.motorcodes.co.uk or via their free advice line on 0800 692 0825.

I am personally committed to ensuring we build a strong business by developing long term customer relationships. We have high level of customer satisfaction as measured by our manufacturer partners and with over 1 million customers in the UK, I know the importance of making sure you are satisfied with our service every time.
